All athletic participation registrations will need to be completed ONLINE.

Spring 2023 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

First day of practice is March 13th.  PLEASE HAVE REGISTRATION COMPLETED BY 3/12/23 OR ATHLETE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Physical Examination

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Nurses Office. Physicals are good for 12 months from the exact date of the last physical.  Please contact the school nurse if you are unsure if your physical is current.

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the Athletic office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.
